We encourage you to evaluate our product before placing the order. If you purchase one of our products, after your credit card or check is approved, an email will be sent to you with the serial number to unlock the software. Once this information is emailed to you, there will be no refunds given. Refund requires the return of the product. We have this policy, which is a common practice in software industry, since it would be impossible for you to return your registered version of our software. With a traditional retail purchase, you are able to return a physical product. 

In rare instances and only within 30 days of purchase, if due to installation difficulties or platform incompatibilities the software will not function at all (not feature-related), we may, at our discretion, issue a refund. In such instances, a signed LOD (Letter Of Destruction) with stated reasons for refund and detailed steps in attempt to resolve your issue will be required to process the refund. You will be required to fax the signed letter to us at 1-281-444-0863 (fax) for the review of your refund claim. All refunds will be subject to a 10% processing fee.
